We are seeking a highly motivated HRIS Specialist – Oracle Fusion HCM to support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Human Capital Management systems. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure that Oracle Fusion HCM effectively supports business processes, maintains high data quality, and delivers an excellent employee and manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion HCM Administration
- Administer and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules and day-to-day system operations.
- Configure and maintain HCM structures, workforce structures, approval workflows, security roles, and employee self-service processes.
- Support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Time & Labor, as applicable.
- Analyze system issues and coordinate their resolution with internal teams, Oracle Support, and implementation partners.
- Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates by performing impact assessments, regression testing, and validation.
HR Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes using Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.
- Translate HR business requirements into functional and system requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and configuration documentation.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions based on Oracle standard functionality and leading practices.
- Support implementation of new modules, enhancements, integrations, and employee self-service solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Support HR management with workforce, recruitment, performance, absence, payroll, and talent analytics.
- Perform HR data analysis and identify data-quality issues.
- Support reconciliation and validation of HR data across systems.
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare functional test scenarios and UAT scripts.
- Coordinate and execute CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Track defects and ensure issues are resolved before production deployment.
- Support production migration and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and change records for system enhancements.
Integrations & Data Management
- Support Oracle HCM integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work with technical teams on Oracle HCM REST APIs, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, and integration requirements.
- Support mass data uploads, data corrections, and migration activities.
- Perform data validation before and after system changes.
Security & Governance
- Support Oracle HCM role and security administration in accordance with organizational governance requirements.
- Assist with periodic user-access reviews and role certification.
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and protection of confidential employee information.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for system changes and access requests.
User Support & Training
- Provide functional support to HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes and permanent solutions.
- Develop user manuals, process guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer and training sessions for HR users.
- Promote adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM self-service capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and functional support.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, Fast Formula, and Oracle security concepts is an advantage.
- Experience participating in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
