HCM Solution Architect

About the Job: We are seeking an HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with an application deadline of 30-Jun-2025.

Job Description:

• Required Technical Skill Set: SAP ERP HCM + SuccessFactors

• Must-Have:

  • Implementation of hybrid solution model involving ERP HCM (now HCM for S/4HANA) with SuccessFactors.
  • Played an architecture role in deploying SAP HCM Solution using the hybrid model.
  • SAP certification in ERP HCM, SF - Employee Central, and Talent suite (at least two to three modules such as Onboarding, Compensation, Succession).
  • Public sector experience in the ME Region is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
  • Ability to prepare, articulate, and defend solutions to large stakeholders, including SAP.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Good-to-Have:

  • SAP Activate certification.

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role:

• Customer interaction for requirement gathering.
• Addressing and resolving customer queries.
• Complete ownership of end-to-end solution.
• Support testing, data migration, and integration.
