HCM Technical Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. The candidate should have experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions while working closely with functional and technical teams.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site, Jebel Ali Free Zone) or Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle HCM implementation and support activities.
• Develop and customize Oracle HCM components, reports, and integrations.
• Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
• Create and maintain BI Reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering and issue analysis.
• Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and support documents.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development and support.
• Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience in implementation and production support projects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
