Join the company and shape the future! As a customer-facing technical consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support. Your main responsibilities will include delivering end-user projects, implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Work Conditions: Full-time, with approximately 50% travel to client sites or remote support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system setup, configuration, and deployment of the company advanced service solutions.
  • Work on projects involving clients located mostly in Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Riyadh.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, SLES) optimized for AI/ML workloads.
  • Proven experience in implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions including storage, networking, virtualization, and security.
  • Skilled in system provisioning, patching, and troubleshooting across multiple Linux platforms.
  • Hands-on experience configuring GPU-accelerated environments with NVIDIA GPU Operator.
  • Practical knowledge of GPU scheduling, MIG partitioning, resource quotas, and time-slicing strategies.
  • Strong background in Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift setup and management.
  • Familiarity with system hardening, access control, and network configuration in containerized environments.
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Certification in Red Hat (RHCE) and Kubernetes (CKA/CKS), with experience in DevOps, cloud, and AI/ML deployment strategies.
