Head, Digital Transformation-Strategy & Governance

About the Job
Responsible for leading Digital Transformation, Strategy, and Governance. This role will focus on:

• Developing a bird’s eye view of the different journeys in the transformation space.
• Providing governance across all digital initiatives within the company, preventing duplication of efforts.
• Leading the NeoX Portfolio by delivering oversight for initiatives launched in December 2025, covering Open Finance, Digital Assets, Channel Analytics, and FinTech Collaborations, with accountability for end-to-end prioritization, funding strategy, budget control, and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Re-defining the operating model within the company and NeoX portfolio.
• Building a Digitally Driven and Transformed Organization.
• Ensuring budget adherence and adoption of agile principles across various squads within the company.
• Supporting the evolution of the Wholesale Bank Innovation Lab and Intrapreneur program.

The goal is to continuously re-imagine the corporate banking space to remain relevant in the future, with close interaction expected with coverage teams and product partners to synergize customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including our corporate online portal.

NeoVentures Strategic & Governance Leadership
Provides strategic direction, digital transformation leadership, and governance oversight for NeoVentures, aligning venture priorities with the Wholesale Banking and Group digital strategy to accelerate innovation-led growth. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the NeoVentures portfolio across incubation, partnerships, and scale-up initiatives, with accountability for investment governance, budget oversight, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Shaping and governing FinTech, platform, and ecosystem partnerships to transition ventures from concept to commercially viable businesses.
