What You'll Build

Your Mission
You will construct and manage a unified AI Platform, acting as the intelligent operational layer within the organization. Collaborating closely with technology, customer experience, product, data, and operational teams, your responsibilities will include:

What Equips You for the Role
Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. Relevant professional certifications in cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, AI, platform engineering, or closely related technology disciplines are highly valued.
• Solid foundation in modern technology ecosystems, including distributed systems, enterprise integration, software architecture, AI platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent automation.

Experience

• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration, or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience leading engineering, architecture, platform, or AI teams.
• Proven track record for building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms that support mission-critical business operations, successfully implementing complex transformation initiatives across large environments. Experience with deploying AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions in production settings and translating technology investments into quantifiable business results is necessary.
• Experience in automotive, retail, telecommunications, logistics, financial services, or other complex multi-brand organizations is highly advantageous.
