Head of AI Transformation

About the Role
This position leads the company's AI transformation business, owning its pipeline, outcomes, and the organization that delivers them. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Head of Applied AI and the CRO, you will run every engagement as one team and shape how the company wins and grows its accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction: Define how the company transforms its customers, including the offer, engagement model, leading sectors, and the transformation agenda presented to customers.
• Own the pipeline: Build and manage a pipeline of AI transformation programs with chief executives and government leaders, while leading the largest pursuits.
• Advise at the top: Serve as a trusted adviser to customer chief executives and boards, running executive sessions, framing the business case, and managing the multi-year roadmaps.
• Answer for outcomes: Own the scope and outcomes of every program in the portfolio.
• Drive adoption: Manage adoption, change management, and measured value post-go-live, ensuring partnership for long-term change.
• Grow the business: Transform initial use cases into multi-year programs; own program expansion strategy alongside the CRO who manages new customers and contracts.
• Build the organization: Hire and lead deployment strategists and Engagement Managers; design operating models, playbooks, career paths, and partner relationships to enhance capacity.
• Shape the company: Incorporate field insights into company strategy, collaborating with the Head of Applied AI on development, investment priorities, and delivery partnerships.

• Sector depth: Extensive experience in sectors where the company excels, such as government, energy, financial services, or healthcare.
• Regional experience: Delivery of programs in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, particularly with government entities or regulated industries.
• Deployment background: Experience as a deployment strategist or engagement lead within a forward-deployed AI company.
• Arabic: Professional fluency in Arabic.

The Seat

• Location: Riyadh
• Reports to: The Managing Director
• Travel: Regular onsite time with customers across the region and partners abroad.
