Head of Analytics (Build an AI-native global brand)

We are seeking a top-tier Head of Analytics who is discontent with merely reporting on past data. You are an experienced professional who has mastered multi-channel attribution and has successfully driven millions in revenue for D2C brands. You are looking for an opportunity that goes beyond maintaining legacy systems and that enables you to architect a predictive analytics engine.

At Puffy, we believe that elite talent deserves a premium commitment. You will be rewarded with a competitive and transparent salary ranging from AED 55,000 to AED 75,000 per month, plus up to a 25% performance bonus, all tax-free.

In this role, you will:

• Directly architect the company's analytics strategy, working closely with our CEO to establish the single source of truth for data.
• Act with radical freedom in building our entire data infrastructure without the constraints of bureaucratic approvals.
• Create a direct link between your predictive models and the company’s revenue stream, positioning Puffy as a premier luxury sleep brand globally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience driving revenue impact for D2C brands.
• At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development focused on website optimization.
• Familiarity with data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for data storytelling.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to C-suite leaders.
• Proven leadership experience, capable of building and mentoring a small, elite team.
