Head of Analytics (Build an AI-native global brand)

Are you the 1 in 47,832 Analytics Leaders with extensive experience in server-side tracking and marketing analytics? We are looking for a Head of Analytics who embodies both technical mastery and strategic leadership, ready to take full ownership of our analytics function—without infrastructure compromises, budget battles, or committee approvals. This role requires a leader who writes SQL as fluently as strategy, architecting server-side tracking while presenting revenue insights to the CEO. We view analytics not as reports and dashboards, but as a competitive weapon that distinguishes billion-dollar brands from the rest.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Remote)

Work Conditions:

• Type: Full-time, Onsite in Dubai
• Relocation & Visa Sponsorship: Provided
• Salary: AED 55,000 - AED 75,000/month + up to a 25% performance bonus (all tax-free)

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly architect the strategy and infrastructure for analytics at Puffy, collaborating with the CEO.
• Build and manage a world-class predictive analytics engine and data infrastructure.
• Utilize server-side tracking architecture and predictive models to drive revenue.
• Lead a small, elite team of analytics professionals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years driving revenue impact for D2C brands with a focus on data-driven strategies.
• 2+ years of experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development for website optimization.
• Experience implementing server-side tracking solutions.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, with an understanding of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
