Head of Analytics

At Puffy, we are looking for someone who has mastered multi-channel attribution and driven significant revenue for D2C brands but feels limited by legacy systems and bureaucratic delays. Your Reward:

• Highly competitive salary: AED 55,000 - AED 75,000/month

This Role is for You if:

• You have 5+ years of experience driving revenue growth for D2C brands.
• You possess 2+ years of experience with A/B testing tools and website optimization.
• You have knowledge of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
• You are proficient in SQL and Python/R, viewing complex data as narratives waiting to be told.
• You are a strategic problem-solver with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to C-suite leaders.
• You have experience in mentoring and building a high-performing analytics team.
