Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the strategy and own the company’s data vision.
- Lead a small, elite team of analytics professionals.
- Develop and utilize predictive models and A/B testing strategies to drive company revenue.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience driving revenue impact for D2C brands.
- 2+ years of experience with A/B testing tools and website optimization.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a high-performing team.
Compensation:
Competitive and transparent salary of AED 55,000 - AED 75,000/month, with up to a 25% performance bonus, all tax-free.

Language Requirements:
