Head of Data Governance

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Data Governance to drive the company's enterprise-wide data governance and management agenda across the UAE and 10 International Business Group (IBG) countries encompassing 12 departments. This role will be pivotal in implementing the company's data strategy, operationalizing the data management framework (aligned to DAMA domains), and fostering a strong culture of data ownership, quality, and literacy across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of data governance tools (such as Informatica EDC, Axon, DEQ), advancing data cataloging, lineage, and quality maturity. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to close regulatory gaps. This is a strategic leadership position, demanding expertise in building and developing a high-performing team, shaping the data governance roadmap, and enabling the company to achieve its goal of becoming a truly data-driven organization.
