Head of Enterprise Applications & Transformation

The company is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise IT to lead the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other enterprise functions. The successful candidate will define transformation strategy, manage implementation partners, oversee programme governance, and ensure successful business adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme across Finance, Procurement, HR, and related business functions.
• Develop and execute the ERP transformation roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
• Establish programme governance, budget controls, risk management, and benefits realization frameworks.
• Manage System Integrators, consulting partners, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Oversee programme delivery across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Ensure integration between SAP and enterprise applications, operational platforms, and third-party systems.
• Lead business readiness, change management, training, and adoption activities.
• Provide regular executive reporting and programme governance oversight.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation capabilities to improve business processes and ERP outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP programme delivery experience, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience leading Finance, Procurement, and HR transformation initiatives.
• Strong delivery record across both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders, programme governance, and organizational change.
