Position

As the Head of ERP Applications at NTT DATA, you will be at the forefront of building our Applications business in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic sales role focused on driving growth through enterprise-level solutions across Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, engaging with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored value propositions that address complex business needs.

You’ll work closely with our global Applications team and internal stakeholders to leverage best practices, solution expertise, and partner ecosystems. While this is a new business practice in the region, you’ll have the backing of a mature global organization and access to technical and pre-sales support.

In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to closing deals. This involves engaging directly with clients to understand their business challenges and proposing tailored application solutions. You will collaborate closely with pre-sales architects and global delivery teams to design and present compelling solutions that meet client needs.

The position requires navigating complex sales cycles and partner ecosystems, particularly those of Salesforce and SAP, while developing account plans and sales strategies aligned with market trends. Additionally, you will deliver impactful presentations and workshops to senior stakeholders and stay informed about competitive offerings and market developments to effectively position NTT DATA in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Proven success in selling enterprise software solutions (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the applications sales cycle and partner ecosystems.
  • Technical sales background with the ability to translate business needs into solution designs.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi enterprise market and client landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging global resources and support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
