The Head of Growth Marketing will actualize the Founders' vision for growth through a scalable, data-driven strategy utilizing platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. To ensure reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increased patient volumes, the role also involves oversight and guidance on SEO, executed within the Marketing team. Establishing a foundation for tracking and measurement, including first-party data capture and server-side tracking, is crucial for facilitating quick, defensible decisions as spending escalates. Additionally, this position will develop a lead scoring model to differentiate high-intent patients from casual browsers, ensuring that budget allocation aligns with actual demand.

Collaboration with Medical Staff is necessary to maintain clinical accuracy and compliance with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and equivalent regulations in other operational markets. The role also includes close cooperation with Product and Tech teams to enhance the digital patient journey, and with Finance to manage unit economics. Qualified, booked leads will be handed over to the Patient Services and Contact Centre team for further follow-up. The Head of Growth Marketing will work closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure alignment on brand and messaging while conducting regular meetings with the Founders and key stakeholders to synchronize growth priorities, budget allocation, and resource management across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Founder Alignment

  • Own growth marketing as a senior leadership function across all markets.
  • Own the top-line growth targets and justify all marketing spend against realized revenue.
  • Translate the Founders' vision into a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap.
  • Manage and scale the growth marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Monitor market changes, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, proactively adjusting growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings with the Founders and senior stakeholders across Clinical, Product, and Finance.

Omnichannel Performance Marketing

  • Build and execute the paid omnichannel strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive high-intent leads.
  • Manage the marketing budget end to end, ensuring spend aligns with CAC, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Oversee and guide SEO efforts within the Marketing team to contribute to lower CAC and sustained patient growth.
  • Oversee ad platform operations, including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads PMax, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Maintain the analytics stack, which encompasses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CRM systems, and performance dashboards.

Measurement, Tracking & Lead Quality

  • Lead the implementation of first-party data tracking, including server-side tracking and Meta CAPI, to ensure data accuracy amid evolving privacy regulations.
  • Build and manage automated Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) scoring systems to focus budget on high-potential treatments.
  • Monitor response times to new leads, aiming to keep initial response windows under five minutes.

Creative & Content Testing

  • Establish a high-frequency testing framework for video-first content, including Reels, TikTok, and educational material featuring doctors.
  • Continuously test landing pages and ad creatives, making data-driven decisions rather than relying on personal preferences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Medical Staff to ensure clinical accuracy in all claims, visuals, and testimonials before publication.
  • Ensure all patient-facing ads, landing pages, and social posts undergo sign-off from the Medical Director, in compliance with DHA advertising guidelines.
  • Work with Product and Tech teams to refine the digital patient journey from ad click to booking.
  • Partner with Finance to oversee unit economics and monitor marketing spend against revenue.
  • Coordinate with the Patient Services and Contact Centre team, providing context for each qualified booked lead to ensure efficient conversion.
  • Ensure alignment between the Patient Services team and growth marketing on lead handoff quality, leveraging feedback to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Represent growth marketing in cross-functional planning with Clinical, Product, Finance, and Patient Services departments.

Executive Reporting

  • Present a regular State of Growth report to Founders and the Board, detailing EBITDA impacts, CAC, LTV, and market share.
  • Translate performance data into a comprehensible commercial narrative for non-marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A comprehensive growth roadmap that connects channel strategy to revenue targets, updated regularly.
  • A monthly State of Growth report documenting revenue, blended CAC vs LTV, and channel-level ROAS.
  • A recurring SEO performance review with the Marketing team, providing actionable guidance aligned with CAC and patient growth targets.
  • A first-party tracking and measurement setup thoroughly documented for ongoing team maintenance as platforms evolve.
  • An effective lead scoring model distinguishing high-intent from casual leads, with regular evaluations and recalibrations.
  • A log of creative testing results covering both video-first and doctor-led content, tracked against booking outcomes.
  • A DHA-compliant approval trail for every patient-facing ad, landing page, and social asset sign-off by the Medical Director.
  • A documented process for qualified lead handoff, enabling the Patient Services team to act without requiring additional context.
