Head of Implementation

The Head of Implementation will lead the complex Client Implementation function within Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Channels, focusing on delivering seamless client onboarding for large corporate clients. This role includes implementing intricate deals and mandates, particularly surrounding corporate channels such as Host to Host, APIs, SWIFT, and NEO CORP for both web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on cash management and trade finance.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of complex client deals, training clients to utilize corporate channels efficiently, managing a team of Implementation Managers, collaborating with various departments to ensure high-quality delivery of client solutions, supporting business growth across the UAE and GCC, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance client satisfaction.

This is a client-facing, full-time role that requires being based in the UAE. Proficiency in English is typically expected in such positions within the UAE market.
