Head of Implementation

The purpose of this role is to lead the complex Client Implementation function within Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Channels, working closely with large corporate clients to implement intricate deals and mandates. This client-facing position is pivotal in delivering seamless client onboarding on corporate channels such as Host to Host, APIs, SWIFT, and NEO CORP (Web & Mobile). It also involves the activation of large client mandates across Cash Management and Trade Finance, with a strong emphasis on deal implementation, client training, and fast-tracking revenue enablement.

In this full-time role, the incumbent will have team management responsibilities to accelerate complex deal enablement and execute client mandates with the support of Implementation Managers. Collaboration is key, as the role involves working with large corporate clients based in the UAE and other GCC markets, alongside teams from GTB Sales, Coverage/Relationship Management, Product, Technology, and Operations. The goal is to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client solutions, supporting business growth by enhancing the implementation of client mandates, ensuring operational excellence, and boosting revenue growth through corporate digital channels.
