Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, and storage.
- Manage large-scale IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture projects.
- Lead the development and enforcement of IT governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop cloud infrastructure strategies and oversee the migration to cloud-based solutions.
- Keep abreast of trends in IT architecture and infrastructure to incorporate innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of IT experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architecture role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and server administration.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the banking industry.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
