The main objective of this role is to manage the business relationship with internal customers at the C-level and department heads, aligning IT with the business strategy. The position involves understanding and translating customer needs to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of all IT products and services according to defined standards and quality criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a cost-effective IT and application strategy for each business unit to support business strategy and growth plans.
- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams comprising Business and System analysts, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Application and Business support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Chiefs and department heads through regular interactions, acting as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters.
- Provide strategic direction to Business alignment, Software Engineering, and Support teams in defining and delivering the annual work program.
- Ensure service level objectives are agreed upon, conduct regular service reviews, and manage escalations related to service levels.
- Own the responsibility for IT deliveries to the business, monitoring project milestones, costs, and key risks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support build-versus-buy decisions, assist in sourcing best-of-breed solutions, and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive service improvement programs, identifying technology optimization and replacement initiatives.
- Establish career development plans and provide mentoring and coaching for direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Management, Product/Project delivery, and Transformation programs, including leading large IT teams.
- Familiarity with the airline industry and awareness of emerging technologies.
- PMP and SAFe certifications are advantageous.

ISR Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with ISR policies and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and adhere to associated guidelines in daily operations.
