As the Head of IT, you will own and improve the company’s corporate IT environment to ensure secure, efficient, and frictionless operations for employees. Your responsibilities include leading internal IT operations across service management, workplace technology, user access, equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and AI enablement for internal functions. You will work closely with various departments to support onboarding, offboarding, access control, and day-to-day IT operations in a global organization. Additionally, you will drive adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and establish standards for secure and compliant use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the internal IT service management setup, including request handling, incident management, prioritization, and SLA tracking.
  • Define and improve support processes, service catalogues, and internal documentation.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the corporate IT landscape, including end-user tools and collaboration systems.
  • Oversee procurement, provisioning, tracking, and lifecycle management of company devices.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ownership records.
  • Drive IT budget planning and cost control.
  • Lead the development of the corporate IT function and partner with multiple teams on company-wide IT needs.

Job Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in corporate IT or IT operations roles, including leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience in IT service management and internal support operations.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint lifecycle management, and SaaS administration.
  • Experience with IT asset management, procurement processes, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with evaluating and rolling out AI tools for internal productivity.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
