As the Head of IT, you will take ownership of and enhance the company's corporate IT environment, ensuring that employees can work securely and efficiently with minimal friction. You will lead internal IT operations, including service management, workplace technology, user access, equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and the adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows. Your role will involve ensuring that core IT services are reliable, scalable, and well-governed while balancing user experience with security, innovation, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT service operations, ensuring high-quality support for workplace technology and access-related needs.
- Define and enhance support processes, service catalogs, and internal documentation.
