About the Role
The company is seeking a Head of Marketing to establish and direct the marketing function across the UAE, GCC, India, and international markets. This highly execution-oriented leadership position will involve developing the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, managing OEM/technology partner marketing, demand generation, campaigns, events, content, digital marketing, and sales enablement. The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales, Business Development, Solutions/Pre-Sales, and technology partners to align the company's capabilities with market opportunities and generate a qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & GTM Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's annual marketing and GTM strategy.
- Define target industries, personas, accounts, and priority markets.
- Build GTM plans around key offerings such as Data & Analytics, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, AI, IT Consulting, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.
- Develop market positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the company's services and solutions.
- Align marketing priorities closely with sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
2. OEM & Technology Partner Marketing
- Own marketing relationships and GTM initiatives with the company's OEM/technology partners.
- Build joint GTM plans, campaigns, webinars, workshops, and events with partners.
- Coordinate MDF/co-marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Develop partner-specific messaging, solution campaigns, and collateral.
- Identify opportunities to leverage partner ecosystems for lead generation and market access.
- Coordinate partner participation in industry events and the company's-led initiatives.
3. Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital, events, and account-based marketing.
- Build campaigns around specific industries, business problems, technologies, and solutions.
- Develop ABM programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
- Manage lead-generation activities and ensure leads are properly handed over to Sales.
- Track campaign performance, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROI and conversion performance.
4. Events & Field Marketing
- Own the company's participation in industry conferences, technology events, and partner events.
- Plan the company's-hosted roundtables, executive sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate event strategy, sponsorships, branding, speakers, content, invitations, and follow-up.
- Work with Sales to convert events into meaningful meetings and opportunities.
- Build an annual events calendar aligned with target markets and industries.
5. Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop the company's content strategy and thought-leadership agenda.
- Drive the creation of case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, newsletters, and customer success stories.
- Work with internal SMEs and partners to convert technical expertise into commercially compelling content.
- Support CEO and leadership positioning through LinkedIn and industry thought leadership.
- Build sector-specific content for industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, and other enterprise segments.
6. Digital & Brand
- Own the company's website, LinkedIn presence, and other relevant digital channels.
- Improve website messaging, service positioning, SEO, and conversion journeys.
- Establish consistent company brand guidelines across proposals, presentations, campaigns, and events.
- Manage digital advertising and performance marketing where appropriate.
- Track website traffic, engagement, campaign attribution, and inbound leads.
7. Sales Enablement
- Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to create:
- Pitch decks
- Industry presentations
- Solution brochures
- Case studies
- Battlecards
- Account-specific marketing material
- Proposal/RFP collateral
- Campaign assets
- Create campaigns that directly support active sales priorities and strategic accounts.
- Maintain a centralized library of marketing and sales collateral.
8. Marketing Operations & CRM
- Establish marketing processes, calendars, campaign workflows, and reporting.
- Work with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot to manage campaigns, leads, and attribution.
- Build dashboards covering marketing activity, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Establish lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes with Sales.
- Maintain clean marketing databases and segmentation.
9. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors, technology trends, industry developments, and customer priorities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and new service areas.
- Develop market and competitor intelligence to support GTM decisions.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships, industry associations, and ecosystem opportunities.
Leadership & Execution
- Build and manage the marketing team and external agencies/freelancers as required.
- Manage marketing budgets and prioritize activities based on commercial ROI.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans and performance reviews.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Be comfortable doing the work, not just managing agencies.
- Establish a scalable marketing function suitable for a growing technology consulting company.

Ideal Candidate
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, IT services, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles.
- Experience working with OEMs, technology partners, and channel ecosystems.
- Proven experience in GTM, demand generation, ABM, and field marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting/services sales.
- Experience working with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with senior executives.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to manage agencies, vendors, events, and partners.
- Strong analytical and reporting orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate hands-on in a growing organization.
