Position

Key Leadership role responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for the NEO segment while driving the roadmap across markets including UAE, Egypt, and Pakistan. This position leads the geographic expansion of NEO into new markets and has full accountability for leading profitable growth and achieving financial targets such as customer numbers, balance sheet, and P&L for the NEO segment across these markets.

The role involves managing client acquisition within the operational countries by utilizing internal channels to meet budgeted targets and developing a cutting-edge onboarding journey. It also includes overseeing client value management initiatives in the NEO segment and enhancing client engagement through scalable personalization strategies.

Additionally, this position is tasked with identifying industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements, paving the way for the development of the NEO Digital Proposition, which may involve creating both financial and non-financial offerings, either independently or in conjunction with external partners like Fintechs.

Requirements

  • 20+ years in Consumer Banking with a strong understanding of Digital Banking and Digital Business.
  • 10 years in leadership roles, with P&L accountability and experience managing a business line.
  • Proven experience working across various markets within local organizations and global/regional headquarters.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred, ideally in Business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to grasp the big picture and align tactical goals with strategic objectives.
  • Quick and adept at positioning the business for change both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Commitment to ensuring all activities align with organizational missions/visions, business objectives, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in engaging with C-level executives.
