About the Role
Own preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all systems within the Operations Centre discipline. You will lead subject-matter experts and ensure adequate certified technical coverage while managing technical competency assessments and sign-off within the team. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules. You will also provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for proposed changes affecting Operations Centre systems. Your aim will be to ensure operational availability, SLA performance, maintenance completion, and reduction of repeat incidents.

Responsibilities
- Own preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Operations Centre systems.
- Lead subject-matter experts and ensure adequate certified technical coverage.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
- Certifications relevant to Desktop Support, AV/Video-Wall Systems, and Server/Application systems.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Strong technical understanding of desktop, AV/video-wall, server, and application environments.
- Strong OEM/vendor relationship and escalation-management skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and technical decision-making capability.
