Key Responsibilities:

Product & Strategy Leadership:
Define and drive the product roadmap and market strategy for Bybit Pay, focusing on QR code payments, e-commerce checkout, and Send/Receive functionalities. Align product development with market trends and user needs.

Business Development & Market Expansion:
Develop go-to-market plans for regions like Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Lead integrations for merchant payment use cases, cover offline retail and cross-border e-commerce, and establish partnerships with PSPs and other stakeholders.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and lead a cross-functional team across product, business development, operations, and analytics. Work closely with legal, risk, finance, and engineering teams to address complex challenges related to fund flows and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in international payments, with a proven track record in launching or scaling payment products or business operations globally.
- In-depth knowledge of the global payments ecosystem, including PSPs, payment gateways, stablecoin infrastructure, and cross-border settlement flows.
- Familiarity with FX conversion processes, stablecoins, and crypto wallet functionalities.
- Understanding of financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
- Background in fintech or crypto-related cross-border payment applications is highly preferred.
Language Requirements:
- English native proficiency or full business fluency is required; additional European language skills are a strong advantage.
