About the Role
We are looking for a Head of People & Culture (m/f/d) who is excited to build, challenge, and transform how People & Culture works as we scale beyond 200 team members across the UAE, KSA, Europe, and other regions. This is not a traditional leadership role. We are seeking a strategic builder with a strong background in Organizational Development, New Work, Automation, and AI-driven Transformation, who can turn ambitious growth plans into scalable structures, smarter processes, and high-performing teams.
Leading a People & Culture team of five, you will shape the next stage of our People & Culture function, focusing on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and leveraging technology to rethink how we work. As part of our leadership board, you will work closely with senior leadership to challenge existing structures, drive meaningful change, and build a People & Culture function that enables business growth rather than simply supporting it.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Organizational Development: Shape organizational structures, leadership capabilities, culture & experience, and change initiatives to support international growth.
- Lead automation & AI transformation: Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and rethink people processes through technology, AI, and smart workflows, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Build for scale: Develop and execute a forward-thinking People & Culture strategy that aligns with business priorities and supports the next stage of growth.
- Act as a strategic business partner: Challenge and advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and strategic people decisions.
- Develop a high-performing organization: Establish frameworks for leadership development, performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Drive data-informed decisions: Leverage people analytics, KPIs, and insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve organizational performance.
- Oversee People Operations & Talent Acquisition: Provide strategic direction, ensuring both functions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs without getting lost in day-to-day administration.
- Lead and develop the team: Coach and empower a People & Culture team of four, building a proactive, innovative, and business-oriented people function.
Your Profile
- Proven leadership experience in People & Culture, HR, or Organizational Development, including 3+ years in a European startup or scale-up environment, ideally during significant growth or transformation.
- Strong Organizational Development expertise, with experience building structures, leading change, developing leaders, and scaling high-performing teams.
- A builder mentality with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial approach, turning business challenges into practical and scalable people solutions.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and HR technology, with hands-on experience improving processes through digital solutions.
- Solid understanding of People Operations and Talent Acquisition, with the ability to strategically guide and develop these functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leadership and drive change in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE and actively contribute to our international growth. Experience in the UAE or KSA is a plus, but not required.
