About the Role
Join our rapidly expanding team as the Head of Product, Exchange-Traded Products. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the expansion of our Stocks & Exchange-Traded Products offering while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the trading and investing experience across multiple platforms.

What the Job Looks Like
As the Head of Product, you will:

• Own and drive the expansion of the Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products offering.
• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for Stocks, ETFs, and related investment products.
• Lead the trading and investing experience across web and mobile platforms, including market data, order management, portfolio views, reporting, and corporate actions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Compliance, Brokerage, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and other key stakeholders to deliver products from concept to market.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Work with exchanges, market data providers, clearing brokers, custodians, and technology vendors to enhance and scale the product offering.
• Help establish scalable operating models that balance global consistency with local market requirements.
• Support acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and Partnerships teams.
• Establish KPIs and continuously optimize client adoption, trading activity, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
• Champion a simple, intuitive, and mobile-first investing experience for retail clients.

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing Stocks, ETFs, Equities, or other Exchange-Traded Products within a brokerage, investment platform, exchange, fintech, or wealth management environment.
• Strong understanding of equities market structure, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, market data, corporate actions, and retail brokerage operations.
• Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and optimizing trading or investment products.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing customer journeys, onboarding experiences, and product UX using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technology teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
It will be considered a plus if you have:

• Experience designing, supporting, or optimizing affiliate, referral, Introducing Broker (IB), and partner acquisition journeys.
• Experience working with providers such as Interactive Brokers, Saxo, DriveWealth, Apex, Alpaca, or similar brokerage infrastructure platforms.
• Experience in scaling global investment products across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Experience working within a mobile-first investing or digital wealth management environment.
• Knowledge of international equities markets and multi-asset investing products.
