Job Purpose: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of the company's product suite across local and international markets, ensuring offerings remain competitive, digitally advanced, and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives. The role drives product innovation, launch execution, and continuous improvement of existing platforms to deliver superior client experience and operational efficiency. Work in close coordination with the Head of Treasury Governance & Strategic Initiatives to ensure product developments and related processes are aligned with established governance and control frameworks without assuming governance ownership enabling a cohesive, well-controlled, and growth-oriented product environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Launches
- Lead origination, structuring, and rollout of new brokerage and investment products across UAE and international markets.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure product readiness, documentation completeness, and regulatory adherence.
- Coordinate with Governance & Strategic Initiatives desk for alignment on product approval processes and policy consistency.
- Product Enhancement & Digitalization
- Continuously improve existing products and platforms through automation, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Identify and resolve process or system gaps impacting client experience or efficiency.
- Drive integration of digital features that enhance market access, usability, and client engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary interface between the company and internal support functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT).
- Ensure strong coordination with Governance & Strategic Initiatives desk for consistent documentation standards and audit readiness, while maintaining business ownership of product outcomes.
- Stakeholder Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver internal product training to Brokers, Relationship Managers, and Investment Advisors.
- Promote awareness of new product features, digital enhancements, and platform capabilities across internal channels.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure product positioning and communication reflect market trends, client needs, and regulatory expectations.
- Equity Leverage Program Management
- Manage and enhance the Equity Leverage Program, ensuring competitive features, operational integrity, and strong client performance.
- Work closely with Risk and Operations to maintain sound monitoring, pricing, and reporting standards.
- Product Performance & Oversight
- Maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports tracking product profitability, client adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure performance metrics and reporting align with Treasury-wide analytics frameworks in consultation with Governance & Strategic Initiatives desk.
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in brokerage, capital markets, or securities product management, with significant exposure to digital trading and OMS systems.
- Proven record in launching and managing equity, margin, and structured investment products.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and SCA frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, OMS, and digital product platforms.
