Head of Program Management

We are seeking a Head of Programs to drive complex, business-critical transformation initiatives across one of the Middle East's leading luxury retail organisations. This is not a traditional project management role; instead, you'll lead multiple strategic programmes focused on Omnichannel Transformation, Customer Experience, and Retail Technology. You will partner with senior executives to shape the future of how millions of customers engage across digital and physical channels.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Rate: USD $600 per day

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ years leading enterprise programmes
• Proven delivery of Omnichannel Transformation initiatives (must-have)
• Experience in Retail Technology, Customer Experience, or Loyalty Platforms (must-have)
• Experience managing large programme portfolios
• Executive stakeholder & C-suite engagement experience
• Strong Programme Governance, PMO & Financial Management
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive strategic change across large organisations
