The Role
As the Head of PMO, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the company Saudi Arabia’s strategic execution model and establish a structured rhythm across the organization. You will act as the central governance and coordination point for designated strategic initiatives, ensuring approved priorities are converted into clear, time-bound execution plans with oversight of progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and expected outcomes. Collaboration with functional leaders across Medical, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Digital & IT, Human Capital, and other functions will be essential.

What You Will Do

  • Execution Excellence and Strategic Rhythm:

    • Coordinate the execution rhythm, connecting strategic priorities with structured cycles.
    • Translate approved priorities into clear, time-bound plans with defined ownership, milestones, expected outcomes, and decision points.
    • Ensure initiatives have sufficient clarity regarding scope, objectives, resources, dependencies, and key risks before entering the strategic portfolio.
  • Strategic Portfolio and Executive Decision Support:

    • Maintain a consolidated view of designated strategic priorities, providing visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and areas needing intervention.
    • Assess alignment of initiatives with their objectives and the expected value; recommend actions as necessary.
    • Prepare concise, decision-ready executive briefs for timely leadership discussion and action.
  • PMO Capability and Digital Intelligence:

    • Apply and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, templates, and execution tools.
    • Maintain digital tools and dashboards for timely and transparent visibility of initiatives.
    • Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, risk dependency tracking, and executive briefing.

Who You Are
You are a structured, outcome-oriented professional with a strong sense of discipline. With the confidence to work across functions and seniority levels, you are comfortable in ambiguous situations, recognize when decisions or escalations are required, and bring clarity to complex delivery environments.

Experience and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project, programme, portfolio management, PMO, or strategy execution.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret portfolio information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
