Head of Project Management

As the Head of Project Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Global Health Exhibition. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the project delivery strategy across the entire portfolio of events, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and event objectives.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes, templates, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across all events.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring financial discipline and cost control.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver seamless and impactful events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within live events, exhibitions, experiential, or consumer-focused industries.
• Strong expertise in resource and finance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability and collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms is a plus.
