In this role, the Head of Quality Assurance Engineers leads the efforts to ensure product quality company-wide. You will set the testing strategy, standards, and processes that help reduce risks and deliver reliable products. Your responsibilities include ensuring our products pass external certifications and developing plans to address audit notes. You will build and grow the QA team, select appropriate tools and automation frameworks, and integrate testing into our delivery pipelines. Collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align quality objectives with business goals and release plans is essential. You will provide clear quality reports indicating strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, overseeing testing methodologies specific to decentralised applications and blockchain-integrated systems, such as smart contracts, wallets, and cross-chain components is crucial to your role. The success of your initiatives will be evident in the reduction of production issues, faster and safer releases, and a culture that promotes proactive quality.

Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in software testing, including 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary quality teams.
- Proven track record of defining organizational-level quality strategies and processes.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks and programming languages (e.g., JS/TS/Java/Kotlin/Swift).
- Expertise in building and operating CI/CD-integrated test systems and pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in defining security testing programs (audits, fuzzing, bug bounties, formal verification).
- Public speaking or internal enablement (meetups, trainings) to enhance the quality bar.
- Contributions to open-source test frameworks or internal reusable libraries.
- Expertise in Web3 quality (smart contracts, wallets, cross-chain) or similar exposure to complex distributed systems.
