Head of Quality

We are looking for a Head of Quality - ANS, who will be responsible for the establishment, development, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with UAE General Civil Aviation Regulations and the company's Policies. The Head of Quality is appointed as per GCAA requirements and is the nominated Quality Postholder for the company Middle East ANSP. The Head of Quality will have direct access to the Accountable Manager on quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall performance of the Compliance Monitoring and Quality Assurance System, including implementation, maintenance, documentation, performance, effectiveness of QMS, and oversight of the organisation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all ANS oversight activities for the ANS and ATS Units, communicating with the Authority regarding audits and compliance issues.
• Manage representation of ANS Quality Function and any external quality initiatives, development, and implementation of the Quality Programme.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years regional experience (Operational and/or managerial).
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE GCAA CAR’s, ICAO and the company's Middle East Quality recommended practices pertaining to quality management and health and safety in the workplace.
• Expert knowledge on Aviation Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 principles.
• Knowledge of UAE General Civil Aviation Regulations (preferred).
• Knowledge in Auditing principles.
