The Real Estate Manager will support the Middle East, Africa and Turkiye (MEATR) Real Estate team. This team is responsible for the timely completion of property transactions including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of warehouse and Quick Commerce (QC) space within the MEATR Region. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a large number of work streams and possesses an in-depth knowledge of planning law and the development of warehousing.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth and development of the QC operational network through sourcing new properties throughout MEATR.
- Manage negotiations with landlords, agents, and lawyers.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of planning law, development projects, and site assembly.
- Report and deliver results to the senior leadership team.
- Implement a full due diligence process.
- Regional role covering UAE, EGY, KSA, ZA, and Turkey.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
- Market experience in Middle East and Africa.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in making data-driven business decisions.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Law.
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience leading large teams, with demonstrable ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps.
