In this role, you will be at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity, focusing on market expansion, customer behavior analysis, and brand strategy development. Your research will significantly impact our growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand tracking and consumer research across priority markets.
  • Manage ongoing survey panels to ensure robust outputs on brand metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing stakeholders to align research with campaigns.
  • Prioritize and manage ad-hoc research requests and proactive survey opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with data analytics to integrate survey findings into dashboards.
  • Provide insights across the marketing spectrum, from performance metrics to brand activities.
  • Champion the strategic use of research to inform marketing decisions at scale.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or brand strategy, ideally in high-growth tech or fintech settings.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling research teams, coaching talent, and driving impactful initiatives.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design and brand tracking.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into strategic guidance.
  • Experience with executive stakeholders and influencing leadership-level decision-making.
  • Familiarity with research and data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Brandwatch, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a focus on actionable narratives.
  • A forward-thinking, customer-centric mindset, passionate about data-driven culture and measurable impact.
