As the Head of Research, you will shape our understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Your insights will influence product positioning, market strategy, and campaign development, ensuring informed decisions backed by rigorous research.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting brand tracking and consumer research programs across key markets.
  • Designing and implementing high-quality surveys to meet campaign and brand insight needs.
  • Partnering with Marketing Managers to ensure research supports campaign planning and measurement.
  • Managing survey panels to ensure data quality and timely delivery.
  • Organizing and executing ad hoc research requests and stakeholder briefs.
  • Integrating research data into dashboards and analytical workflows.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in market research or consumer insights, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with hands-on experience in survey design and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with brand tracking tools, survey platforms, and panel management.
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and a basic understanding of analytic workflows.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and passion for understanding customer behavior and brand performance.
