Position

This is a Senior Manager role within Group Risk Management, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management Group. The Head of Risk Architecture and Data Management supports a strategic function within Group Risk Management, providing technical leadership and project management support for implementing rating models and scorecards. The position requires independent thinking, strong communication, initiative, and interaction with all stakeholders within the company. The role aims to provide advanced quantitative analytics support to the overall Risk Management function and implement the Group Risk Management Data Management Framework.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive Data Management Framework (DMF) for managing risk data, including data capturing, organizing, storing, and analyzing for development, validation, and implementation of Risk Rating Models and scorecards.
  • Lead the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems for organizing and structuring data management.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, manage resources and teams, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Act as SCRUM Master to manage complex projects successfully, using AGILE methodologies.
  • Implement risk rating models and scorecards in compliance with IFRS 9 and Basel requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role focused on Basel, IFRS 9, Risk Architecture, Risk Analytics, and credit modeling.
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Information Science, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of risk governance frameworks, prudential regulations (including the Basel Accord), and experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, Python, or R, and familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Work Conditions:
This is a full-time on-site position. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, manage reporting for senior management or regulators, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
