A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will:

  • Lead marketplace seller strategy and operations to drive growth through seller acquisition and optimization.
  • Build and manage a high-performing seller services team, overseeing onboarding, account management, and support functions.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for seller success and develop programs to enhance seller satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve the seller experience.
  • Manage seller communication strategies and compliance with marketplace standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or related digital platforms.
  • Experience managing large teams and overseeing managers.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence, impacting $200M+.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA from a Tier 1 University.
  • Multi-lingual with Arabic literacy.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in global marketplace operations or similar businesses.
  • Understanding of e-commerce metrics and marketplace dynamics.
