Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales Consultants.
- Define the strategic vision for the Solutions Architecture function.
- Establish solution frameworks and best practices across technology domains (Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Support business growth by aligning technology roadmaps with customer needs and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners.
- Partner with the sales team to understand business requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Oversee Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on solution designs.
- Drive enterprise-level architecture initiatives, ensuring secure and compliant designs.
- Provide technical governance across solution design.
- Continuously assess and improve solution design processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT solutions architecture, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in pre-sales and solution architecture.
- Strong experience in designing enterprise-grade solutions in areas such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Networking & OT/IT Security.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA).
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Cybersecurity and cloud certifications preferred.
