Head of Solutions

About the job: The Head of Solutions will develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the solutions team, aligning it with the overall goals of the agency. This role requires ownership and evolution of the solution consulting vision across the customer lifecycle—from evaluation to value realization.

Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of solutions development initiatives, leading program management of these initiatives and associated "solution councils" comprising cross-functional subject matter experts. The Head of Solutions will conduct research on business, industry, and marketplace trends, synthesizing market intelligence and trend data to understand solution buyers and identify opportunities.

Additional duties include conducting competitive capability analyses, developing and co-leading design-thinking-led solutioning workshops, maintaining a central repository of solutions collateral materials, and collaborating closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and product development. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring high-quality solutions delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in collaboration and cross-functional leadership, along with familiarity with marketing technology trends, Salesforce, and Adobe. They will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a high-performing solutions team.
