Join the company's Poland Engineering center as the Manager of the "System Integration" team, responsible for the seamless integration of Propulsion Systems (Engine and Nacelle) into the company's fleet. Your team will act as the primary technical link between Engine/Nacelle suppliers and our internal design office teams. You will lead and develop a team composed of around 10 Engineers in charge of System Integration of Engine and Nacelle products, producing technical requirements, monitoring supplier development milestones, proposing integration solutions that balance weight, cost, durability, and performance, while ensuring the highest level of Safety and Quality. The scope of the team includes continuous improvement of the current company's fleet (all variants), but also after-sales support and Research and Development projects.

- Align team goals with the company's Poland Engineering center strategy, Propulsion Engineering center needs, and customer expectations
- Foster collaboration with all stakeholders and clarify roles and responsibilities

- Guide and support the team members in their daily job by providing technical advice, coaching, and mentoring

The Ideal Profile
- Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanical/System Engineering or related discipline
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Mechanical design or System Integration, previous experience in team/project or people management
- English: Negotiation level
- Familiarity with aeronautics context and certification framework (CS-25, CS-E), system engineering, turbomachinery, and/or mechanical systems
- Leadership, integrity, collaboration, and customer focus
