Head of Technical Platforms and Architecture

The individual will be responsible for overseeing teams focused on Integration, Data and Emerging Platforms (Gen AI), Testing CoE, DevSecOps, SRE, and Partner Integration. This role provides leadership, vision, and direction for these functions within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring the software engineering staff has the necessary skills to meet business needs.
• Overseeing the implementation of software engineering initiatives and best practices.
• Leading, mentoring, and coaching software engineering and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Defining and communicating the strategy, roadmap, and goals in alignment with business objectives.
• Managing budget, resources, and timelines to ensure timely software product delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with software engineering solutions.
• Driving continuous improvement in software engineering practices, integration architecture technologies, and culture.
• Resolving issues and risks related to responsibilities in the role and leading the establishment of Sandbox environments to support Fintech partnerships.

• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies including DevSecOps and Testing.
