You will manage the country technology budget and enable support for key technology initiatives and risks, as well as coordinate with vendors to ensure local systems and infrastructure are updated. Conducting service review meetings and advising on potential technology risk areas, while implementing necessary action plans, will be part of your role.
The position demands proactive management of IT service delivery and compliance with relevant policies and risk guidelines, including hosting audits to ensure satisfactory outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the country’s technology strategy, focusing on maintaining local IT systems, minimizing risks associated with changes, and participating in service improvement initiatives.
