Key Accountabilities:

Technology Risk and Assurance Management:
- Establish and lead a comprehensive technology risk management framework.
- Maintain and govern the IT risk register and oversee the lifecycle of audit findings.
- Conduct independent assurance reviews and manage internal and external audits.

Technology Compliance and Control Management:
- Define and enforce security and configuration standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry mandates.

Technology ITSM Governance:
- Develop and implement ITSM processes covering Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
- Establish governance frameworks for ITSM controls.

Technology Governance and Process Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive governance framework for technology operations.
- Oversee the definition and tracking of performance metrics and KPIs.

Technology Finance Governance:
- Lead the development of annual CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure financial compliance.

Business Relationship Governance and Oversight:
- Establish governance frameworks to oversee the quality of Technology’s engagement with business units.
- Define and monitor relationship health indicators and facilitate governance forums.
