Head of Technology Management Office (UAE National)

About the Job:
The Head of the Technology Management Office (TMO) is a senior leadership role within the Technology organization, acting as Chief of Staff to the CIO and serving as the central authority for strategy execution, governance, performance management, and enterprise-wide coordination across Technology. The role is responsible for operationalizing Technology strategy, translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes, KPIs, governance mechanisms, and execution cadence. It ensures that Technology priorities, investments, performance, communications, and people governance are cohesive, transparent, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

This position offers enterprise-level influence, enabling the CIO and Technology leadership to focus on strategic decision-making while ensuring disciplined execution, stakeholder confidence, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• 12–16 years of progressive experience in Technology, Program Management, and Banking
• Proven leadership experience within Technology functions in a regulated banking environment
• Demonstrated experience operating at CIO / ExCo interface level
• Cross-border and multi-entity stakeholder management experience
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
