Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the long-term architecture strategy for the company’s core trading infrastructure.
- Drive design and optimization of ultra-low-latency trading systems.
- Standardize trading system architecture and behavior across various trading products.
- Build regulator-ready exchange infrastructure with necessary audit trails and operational controls.
- Lead exchange-grade risk control architecture.
- Establish performance engineering standards across the trading stack.
- Partner with various internal teams to support the company’s global expansion into regulated markets.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class trading technology organization.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in trading technology or related fields.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing senior engineering teams or complex trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of electronic trading systems and exchange market structures.
- Hands-on technical expertise in C++, Linux systems, networking, low-latency architecture, and more.
Preferred Background:
- Experience with exchange matching engines, clearing systems, and institutional-grade environments.
- Familiarity with protocols such as FIX and high-availability infrastructure.
