About the Role
The company is a holding company that builds companies through interconnected entities: the company.co (the holding company), rthmc (the venture studio scaling technology companies), Interuum (the talent pool across the group), and the company Capital (the capital arm).
This role exists to allow the CEO to focus on high-level strategy while you take charge of the venture studio’s execution across the portfolio. You will be responsible for launching concurrent ventures, aiming for approximately ten live ventures by the end of 2027. You'll collaborate with a seasoned founder to ensure operational efficiency, allowing them to concentrate on capital, partnerships, and future opportunities rather than execution timing.
The ideal candidate is an operator who can decipher critical signals amid noise, recognize true entrepreneurs, and has the ability to recruit and motivate leadership for ventures at the highest level.

- Ensure adherence to the operational system is non-negotiable for all.
Own Venture Execution
- Drive the execution of Venture 001 and Venture 002 from readiness to launch, while planning and staging Venture 003.
- Independently make decisions on sequencing and prioritization of ventures before data displays suggest them.
- Ensure launches occur on time and per system standards, focusing on accountability rather than mere project tracking.
- Report on meaningful signals and identify risks early.
Recruit & Motivate Venture Leadership
- Attract and hire Venture CEOs (or EIRs) for existing and future ventures.
- Develop a compelling attract kit and compensation structure to secure top-tier founder-level talent.

Run the Control Center
- Oversee the operating cadence of the venture studio: annual planning, quarterly mapping, monthly plans, and weekly deliverables.
- Execute operations in ClickUp (or a suitable equivalent) with strict discipline, manage leadership calendars, and establish rhythms to sync the team.
- Identify any obstacles or delays proactively, addressing them before deadlines.
- Collaborate with growth and brand leads to ensure each venture has a strong digital presence at launch.
Build the Team & the AI Layer
- Assess hiring needs across the portfolio and collaborate with the Head of People to fulfill them effectively.
- Prioritize AI solutions before increasing headcount, enhancing the AI operating layer for improved oversight of multiple ventures.
- Assemble high-performing teams only when the portfolio justifies such investments.
