Head of Wealth Platforms, Innovation and Digital Assets

The Head of Wealth Platforms, Innovation & Digital Assets is a senior business leader within the Wealth Management division, responsible for driving the digital strategy, platform enablement, and commercial performance of all wealth platforms across Retail, Private Banking, and the company Securities. This role ensures that platforms are business-aligned and commercially driven, supporting revenue growth, client acquisition, and product adoption through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business ownership of platform capabilities and digital enablement across all wealth segments, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.
• Own and drive KPIs related to revenue generation, asset growth, and product penetration through digital wealth platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and segment heads to ensure timely deployment of new wealth products and services.
• Develop digital assets strategy and implementation plan for the business, including identifying use cases for market rollout and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of total experience, including 10+ years in digital experience and knowledge, with a deep understanding of Digital Technology, Agile, and Design Thinking.
• Strong background in digital assets, financial technology, and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with smart contracts and decentralized finance.
• Experience in large company transformations, risk management, cybersecurity, and secure handling of digital assets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-moving environment.
