Job Description: - Oversee planning, execution, and closure of all projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to approved scope. - Approve project schedules, methodologies, delivery strategies, and control frameworks across the portfolio. - Own cost control, margin protection, cash flow, forecasting, and budget vs. actual performance with Project Managers. - Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks, manage variations, and support invoicing and claims approvals. - Plan, approve, and optimize manpower, subcontractors, and technical resources with the correct skill mix and utilization. - Ensure timely, compliant procurement while monitoring vendor performance, delivery schedules, and scope adherence. - Resolve escalated technical, site, and resource issues, providing senior operational direction when required. - Enforce quality standards, HSE compliance, authority regulations, inspections, audits, and NCR closure across all projects. - Act as the senior operational interface for key clients and consultants, leading escalations and ensuring satisfaction. - Monitor project KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, risk) and ensure accurate, timely operational reporting to management. - Implement standardized project controls, best practices, and lessons learned to drive efficiency and consistency. - Promote a high-performance culture, lead PM review meetings, and support business development with operational input.
Technical Competencies: - Understanding of Smart Technologies: Strong AV/ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, ACS, AV, Structured Cabling, BMS Interface, etc.). - Project Management: Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Competency in managing project budgets and resources effectively. - Previous experience in executing AV/ELV projects valued between 30M and 50M and above. - Certified PMP with expertise in project and financial management. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Adaptability to change and ability to implement a program management system. - Leadership and cross-functional coordination.
