Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to technology policies.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks through structured risk management practices.
  • Oversee vendor contracts to ensure performance aligns with organizational expectations.
  • Set the required demand management, portfolio management, and vendor management and financial control processes and frameworks for the company Tech and ensure adherence.
  • Implement QA practices to uphold quality standards across technology initiatives.
  • Forecast financial requirements for technology initiatives and monitor budget utilization.
  • Lead change management efforts to support the smooth transition of new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in PMO, governance, risk management, or audit roles within Group technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
  • CISA, CISM, or equivalent certifications in risk and compliance.
  • Certified Project Management Professional and ITIL.
